Mini Treks & One Day Adventures
for young adults ages 13 and over
Three- and Four-Day Treks to Sandy Neck and Pleasant Bay feature many of the same experiences as a full Outer Cape Maritime High Adventure Trek abbreviated for Scouts, Venturing Crews and leaders with other summer commitments. Schedule is flexible as to start date. Using mountain bikes and kayaks for transportation, Trek crews may launch at Gray's Beach to kayak across Barnstable Harbor where they camp on Sandy Neck or may explore Pleasant Bay and Monomoy Island. Treks may include swimming, fishing, a whale or seal watch and a ride on the scenic railway. Some program elements may require additional fees.
3-Day Sandy Neck Treks will be priced at $295 per person. 4-Day Treks on Pleasant Bay will be priced at $395 per person. Participants must be at least 13 years old, pass the BSA Swimmer requirements, and may sign up individually or as a group.
One-Day Adventure programs for Boy Scouts and Venturers every Wednesday from June 30th through August 11 will feature a full day of activities in and out of camp. Activities may include biking, kayaking, and low and high C.O.P.E. The day program will cost $40. Lunch will be provided.

Minimum group size is 6 participants, maximum group size is 12.
