Beginning May 1, the old  online Tour Plan application, accessable through MyScouting accounts, will be removed and replaced with the new Tour and Activity Plan. The new online Tour and Activity Plan also replaces the hard copy (.PDF) procedure.

The best Cub Scout event of the year is the annual Chuchwagon Derby to be held at Camp Greenough on June 2nd. This a weekend of pack family camping with a fantastic program provided.

Cape Cod & Islands Council is set to collect the Voice of Scouts, Parents & Volunteers in March

As part of a national Boy Scouts of America program, the Cape Cod & Islands Council is excited to announce participation in the Voice of the Scout.  With more than four million members, this program is being adopted as a way to collect experiences and deliver on the expectations of members as they participate in Scouting.

Scouts from Nantucket and Centerville assisted Stranding Network volunteers rescue two dolphins on Sandy Neck.

January 24th. At the Annual Meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Coucil, PResident John Follas passes the gavel to incoming President Robert MacGregor.

The Council Eagle Board reviewed and passed seven Scouts on Tuesday, January 31st.

After January 1, 2012 the new Guide to Advancement must be consulted for all advancement procedures.
