The Council web site is updated between the 20th and
25th of each month. You may submit information at any
time. However, your information must be received on or
before the 20th to be included in the monthly update.
Information received after the 20th will be posted the
following month, if it is still applicable.
Please use the form below to provide
the following information:
- Date(s), time, place of event (include directions
whenever possible).
- Contact person: phone and email (if available). This
information is required in order to verify the authenticity
of the submission. Please advise whether or not contact
information should be posted. Contact information for
youth members can not be posted to the Council web
site. The event contact must be a registered adult.
- Event details - Program (Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts,
etc.), cost, registration information and deadline.
Include a list of any required and/or recommended supplies
and equipment.
- If you have electronically produced a promotional
flyer, or have graphics that you would like posted
with your submission, you will have an opportunity
to upload them at the next screen (after submitting
the form below). Most document formats are acceptable
with the exception of documents created using Quark
or Publisher. Acceptable graphics formats are: .jpeg,
.gif, TIFF, PICT, BMP and PSD. If you are forwarding
a PSD, please flatten the image before submitting.
*NOTE: DO NOT
SUBMIT YOUR CONTENT IN PDF FORMAT. You may
upload a pdf for download purposes - however, you must
submit your text in the form below and upload graphics
separately. PDF ONLY submissions, will not be posted.
You may include the URL of another web
site for linking purposes. However, content will not
be retrieved from the Internet for inclusion on the Council
web site.
