Greenough Scout Reservation is a year-round outdoor program facility located in Yarmouthport. Local Council units, out of Council units and qualifying non-scouting groups can utilize the facilities, programs and equipment of Camp Greenough throughout the year. It is an excellent place for local units to enjoy the outdoors and practice their camping skills. The facilities and natural surroundings provide Units with unique opportunities to create memorable events, ceremonies and banquets for scouts and their families. The Reservation is located at the heart of the Cape, making it the perfect base camp for out of Council units planning to explore Cape Cod.

Facilities - Wooded campsites are available year round for small and large groups. The Adirondack camping sites can accommodate groups up to 40. Each Adirondack Shelter sleeps 8. The heated Administration Building, sleeps 12 and is available for winter camping. Maushop Lodge overlooks Greenough Pond, with sleeping accommodations for up to 24 people, kitchen, bathroom & shower facilities, and a large meeting hall. The Dining Hall is available for large group ceremonies and activities. The heated shower house is centrally located for campers use.

NewLeave No Trace (LNT) Campsites - Four new Leave No Trace Camp (LNT) sites will be available starting October 14, 2006 at Camp Greenough. These camp sites will be free of charge to Cape Cod & Islands units for a limited time. The sites will be located out by the Muddy Pond section of the Camp and will have a maximum capacity of 8 people per site. All vehicles will be kept in the main parking lot at Camp Greenough - campers will hike in and out of the site. Activities - Hiking, fishing, swimming, boating and biking are available within the Reservation. Shooting sports, Project COPE, climbing and rappelling programs are also available upon request.

Program equipment - Canoes, rowboats, kayaks and mountain bikes are available for rental at the Reservation.
