2008 Limited Edition
Friends of Scouting Council Shoulder Patch

Fourth in a series of twelve, the 2008 FOS Thank-You patch features the Sandy Neck Light and the slogan Friendly. The commemorative Council Shoulder Patch (CSP) will be presented to donors at unit FOS presentations starting in January and is authorized for wear on the Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Venturer/Sea Scout uniform.
