LOWER CAPE DISTRICT TRAINING CONTACTS:
Training may be conducted in the Lower Cape District by the following persons:

1. Any Unit Commissioner with an Arrowhead Award for Packs, Troops and Varsity.
2. Any qualified Unit Trainer (Pack or Troop), who has completed District Train the Trainer program through the District Training Committee.
3. Outdoor programs: District Chairman, Tim Millar (Powderhorn and Leave No Trace Trainer) and Unit Commissioner, Bob Phillips, Council designated Boy Scout Outdoor Training Coordinator.
4. Venturing Programs - Venturing Roundtable Commissioner, Dr. Inez Giles.
5. Sea Scout Programs - Skipper, Ship 40: Al Beal; Skipper, Ship 76: Tim Millar; Skipper, Ship 72: Mike Allard
6. All Pack Training - Asst District Commissioner Amy Zahn
7. All Troop Training - Asst. District Commissioner Steve Mulligan
