Cape Cod - 400 square miles of woodlands, dunes, marshland and beaches surrounded by Cape Cod Bay to the north, the Atlantic Ocean to the east, Nantucket and Vineyard Sounds to the south, and the Cape Cod Canal to the west. World renowned for its beautiful beaches, Cape Cod is a region rich in historical, natural and recreational resources.

In order to provide an opportunity for older Scouts, Venturers and other young adults to explore and experience this unique area of the country, the Cape Cod and Islands Council has created the Cape Cod Maritime Adventure Program. Itineraries include a wide variety of exciting and challenging activities that are sure to thrill and inspire every participant.

Cape Cod Maritime Adventure is open to Scouts, Venturers and other young adults who are age 13 by January 1 of the year of participation. Crew size is 6 to 11 persons, including adult leadership.
